Tiao Pla Cham Plae (เตี๋ยวปลา ชามเปล) A fish ball noodle shop whose sign says the fish balls are additive-free. It is at 299/36-37, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima, on Mittraphap Road near Lotus’s Pak Chong, on the way to Khao Yai. We stop here almost every time we get the chance. The food is very good, and we recommend it.
